Im sure 146hp is a great number and besides making sure future rods
dont let go by using better conrods you might look into something
similar in what Lemonhead has done and go for 83mm ca18de pistons
this time by offset boring 2/3 and sleeving 1/4.
CA18de pistons need about .5mm off them to make them flatops
and you would best try to duplicate some of the best Active
chamber designs on current corvette 600+hp heads for good tumble
and swirl all in one. I can imagine an extra 200cc would be enough
on what you had already though.

Hi all!! I have race car datsun cherry e10 and iam going to do new race engine to it. Any tips to good race engine? My last engine was 146hp and 156 torgue. That engine distroyed when rod get shot. I did have 78mm ross racing piston, camsshaft lift 11.8mm 300 degree. There some infoa old engine.
