ok so i diagnosed half the problem- credit goes to supafatto for the other half- radial pull.
i never heard about it but read up on it- i need to flip the front drivers tyre on the rim, it was pulling to the left, swapped front tyres around- pulls to the right. so not delaminating tyre- just a badly wound one from new (thinking about it sounds like what my corolla had- and i traded thet pos in cause supension specialits said was wrongly drilled mounting holes for the drivers side suspension strut- 3 sets of rims and tyres showed the same symptoms so not likely radial pull). The other issue is as i predicted- passenger side wheel bearings- the usual shake the wheel didnt reveal it, but when on axle stand, if i pulled on the bottom of the wheel i could then get vertical shake in it, not horizontal shake as per usual in worn bearings (i have found anyway)- and only when the bottom edge of bearing pulled out of line slightly from the top. Expalins why its a variable wobble thet comes and goes based on camber and gradiant of roads. Will flip tyre and replace bearings next week and see. thanks Nick.

oh pitman arm, ball joints, tie rods (inner and outer) all felt good and looked good upon inspection.

In some cars, pulling to the left is a safety feature ;)

safety- pft thats underrated, if people paid attention- it wouldnt need to pull to the left.

so too much castor- mmm probably cause of the adjustable castor rods in there, but passenger wheel bearing is in need of replacement with play in it first.
