Sorry RC but until its finished the A series thingo Im planning
is strictly secret and will look like something from the pre-war recession years so attention to detail is critical. My Dad and I restored an Indian 401 late 1920s and a lovely Henderson Streamline of the same era that I rode to pubs in my early 20s to score on Thurs, Frid and Sunday nights. The bike did all the work on the lasses, I was just there for the rides. If I had those beasts now, i probably wouldnt look at a datsun :( or be married, so its good in some ways we no longer own them.

Still waiting for D to come up with a steam-powered alternative for the a series ;P
I think i can see where he's coming from tho, 1000s have a design that could lend themselves well to both pre and post era. Like some kind of retrofuturistic steam-punk manga-flick vehicle...maybe? I dunno about D but sometimes I get a little torn between stock and rat when thinking about the possibilities.
