hey guys this is my new datsun 1200 coupe brought for 600 complet car with extras i.e. ca18ddet motor stub nose gear box which i have no idea what it is lol and brake cylender and other stuff i will post pics throught the build

it came with a ca18det but needs a rebuild so probly that or maybie a origina motor not sure yet gonna be fun but half way through sanding now :) every one says its crap i dont mind doing it hahah

file finish where possible, and the tiniest skim of filler to smooth things out :)

just save up the extra $4k n buy one running sooooo much cheaper that way than this route..the spray job by a pro is gonna be very expensive, have a look at how much restoration work costs before u spend money...

When I get mt act together, I will put my pics of my ute up...(over 500) I will show u what bog can cover up... and the dramas it can have later on... :(

The key to a project like this is to keep moving forwards..... do one piece at a time. I Have been doing piece by piece on my ute. Literally sanding the small pieces from joint to joint with small overlap,t hen etch prime it, then go to ther side and do the same. You will be amazed at how fast u can get stuff done :)

do it your self you'll appropriate it even better then, I built one years ago by hand and loved it till smash, then I bought one that had been done already and now am thinking I'm gonna strip it back and see what's been covered up
