Here is an update of the ute so far I think it looks good just waiting for the sealant to dry so that I can paint the bottom spoiler !!!!!!!

Aslo got my cam back for the engineers it is an 280 degree came now.
The flywheel to start with was 12.6 Kg it is now been lighten and balanced the current weight is 6.4 kg.

The ute is coming along nicely, I hope fot your part, you're weatherstrips between the door and windows is still in good condition, I'm currently experiencing a nightmare with the ones Pro Auto rubber sell.

Why what is wrong with the rubbers? Why don't you get second hand ones from the scrap yard? Actually I haven't replace mine yet because last time when I was @ proauto Rubber to buy rubber kit for the Ute they did not have any stock of the door/window rubber at the branch here in Gauteng they where waiting for a shipment. So I have been running around ever since and I completely forgot about them thanks for reminding me!!

I have been really busy these past 2 weeks working on the datsun but I have to say it is looking good but man o man it is really hard work to restore a car I always thought it is going to be a quik thing to do but I was badly mistaken !!!!!! I just want to say to all the guys that are busy restoring their viechle on this site I really have the upmost respect for all of you and I have learned so much form all of you thank you very much it is a honour to be part of this site!!!!!!

Looking good, yip restoring a car is no joke, but the end result will be better than pulling a brand new car gfrom the showroom floor, there is just something to a part/project that you did yourself.

Hmm, clean engine parts, I like.

Hi guys so I changed my project completely sold my A14 motor and bought Toyota 20 valve motor well now I am busy fitting the new motor!!!!!! Thanx racetech for your replies look like you are the only one who is intrested in this build but thanx anyway !!!!!!!!!!
