Hey nige,
i think i will need a set of covers as i just might be able to make a mould for a press on the milling machine at work...fingers crossed it will work out!!i spent half the day trying to figure stuff out

Wayne080866, that's a great idea! Exactly the sort of thing a 3D printer is great at..
Carps, Check out the reprap.org and there are many other assorted versions of it.. Also, maybe ponoko.com might be a suitable system, all you need is a 3D file of what you want printed..

Hey guys thats pretty crazy stuff....
Just read all about them then!!!! now wouldn't it be nice to own one of them... Finding someone in WA with one of them might be a bit hard thanks for all the insight for ideas, I will be attempting to make some this saturday out of sheet metal. will post all pic's of the process and hope they will turn out good as f**k... I will be going off pic's only as i don't have any measurements so they will not be a perfect replica lol But should look good....
