Got the boot lid off trademe from a guy having a clean out.He use to work for a place called G J H Fiberglass in palmerston north.He said they had the molds for bonnet, door skins, front guards and boot a couple of years ago but didn't know what they had left now. They had a standard bonnet and one with evo style vents.

Good work, who makes the fibreglass boot, I need to pic up a view fibreglass bits for my sedan race car too

Nice repairs on foot wells

Collected sum more bits for the datto. Picked up a fiberglass boot lid and a complete escort van dff with a 4.4 ratio. Been a while since I went to the track
but I striped out all the carpet and removed the sound deadning so should be a bit lighter.

Entered another track day today. started out damp so hard to do good times. once it dryed out did another couple of 1.32 laps. changed dizzy from last time and seemed to pull better down low (vacume advance was buggered in old one).Think tyres are the weak link at the moment should look at getting some semislicks. would be intersting to see the improvement with just a tyre change.

Went to manfeild today to the intermarque sprints. Took it easy on the practice run and did a 1,33.5 whitch was about my prevous best. The first race I was paired with a alfa (will try upload vid).On last lap car got a bit boggy and the died in the pits. Carb was over fueling an when I wiped the top off a float had come off so that was me. Did a 1,32.2 in that race but never had a clean lap with no traffic. Even tho it was cut short still had a good day.Out of 80 odd cars there was only a couple of datsuns a tidy 260c coupe a sunny and me.
