Hi Guys

Hi Guys

Prepared the differential with new Oil and Started rear suspension work with leaf spring bushing etc,Had issue of inserting upper Bush on leaf spring,Was struggling with hell of work whole day work got stuck in middle finally went through the Repair manual ,damn 8 bushes were differ from original specs,
i have bought OEM 55046-H5001 Bushes instead of OEM 55044-H5001 Useless day of Sunday went all over the places couldn't find them, finally decided to go for 55046-H5001 and cut extra rubber from inside to make it little bigger inner diameter.

thanks
regards
sumith

Hi Guys

Time has gone far a lot ,but i am behind the time as of restless life, meanwhile my projects is also going slowly, don't blame me taking so long time, all these suspension parts and leaf springs differential have been fitted to the car .

and also new Brake master Pump.brake pads brake washers brake pistons caliper etc in.

and painted radiator front grill fuel tank and also managed to oil primer coat and half of surface filler to the car ,

Next finishing target has been set to April, will try to strict to the schedule

Rebuilt the engine with new set of bearing and ring set with Standard size pistons and new set of valves and guides along with a head refacing ,

Don't mock me if the things are not good , this is ever my 1st Spray Paint Experience.

thanks
regards
sumith

Looks good Sumith.

In our countries the term "oil primer coat" is called solvent-based paint also known as oil-based but more commonly called alkid-base. As opposed to water-based paints.

Hi Guys

Reassembled the Starter Motor Cleaned the stator and armature and will be installing a new set of brush set soon, and found viper motor was in good condition i used it sparingly it used to stuck the moving arms always

and reassembled the carburetor with rebuild kit with factory specs jets.

Had to put little putty on minor scratches found on the behind and behind doors together and wet sanded them to the smoothest possible, found that the filler primer was not enough thick to keep it strong enough when sanding and found my gun tip was smaller than paint manufactures specs ,no problem there will be another complete filler coat later on,so had to put a little oil primer on those areas to avoid them get rust by next week end

thanks

sumith
