That A series head is beautiful and the 3 exhaust ports
are fine for the firing order.

I wonder how difficult it would be to match a renault
hemi crossflow head to an A series. The renault one has
77mm bores, max 79mm bores and also available in 76mm bores.
Ive been on the lookout for a renault r16 but they are all
gone by the looks of it.

They went through so much trouble to make it crossflow, but then choose to still have only 3 exhaust ports. Seriously, WTF were they thinking?

If the Cherry was RWD I would do this for bonnet clearance.

the a15 thats going into my 1000 will be getting a cut n shut sump and custom engine mounts to get it as far back and low as possible....

I spoke to them a while back now.

The AZ12 would be too tall for the 1000 I think, but you could drop the engine (trim sump, cut crossmember [coils])

why not go the whole hog and get the az12 done?

Lets get on to Webcon or who ever and get them to make them for our A series.

They have been making them for ages.

Webcon do a few designs with the integrated weber manifold.
