But only A12 GX hi-gas models used them. All other A12s used dished pistons.

According to my parts books ALL A10 pistons for use in B10/B20 vehicles are the same. [flat top]
The Coupe version of the engine gains half a point more compression via the cylinder head which is different from other A10 [non coupe] engines.

12010-18021 is a Datsun Sunny 1000 part number. The giveaway is the "18" part of the second half of the part number which is a B10/B20 code.
