Just wanted to get some clarification on which is which, 1 and 2?

What vehicle is this from? 1200s don't look like that. What year is your 1200?

its not the original motor its an A14 but unsure what it came out of?

Plug both of the small water pipes for a Datsun 1200. They are not used.

1 is on the left and 2 is on the right?
Sorry about that.
1 is for the water heated inlet manifold that you don't have (block this off)
2 is for the coolant return hose from the in dash heater (on later motors without the tee piece in the lower radiator hose)

yea 1 is on the left and 2 on the right
alright solves my problem! it just seemed odd that the return from the dash heater was pointing away from the firewall
would there be any difference in using either for the heater hose? and just block off the one I done use?

If they are the same size you can use either.
