Diff sold to Mike
I also have a 2 inch SU without the main needle but all there will suit some kind of turbo setup. -$75 I have 2 seats Gemini seats in very good condition better than the pics I supplied as the storage marks have disappeared from been in the summer heat - Free to good home. Also 4 original 1000 12 inch steel rims and new tyres with good chrome factory hubcaps have little scuffing and few dents all repairable - $120 plus freight or free pickup. Edit: Daihatsu head is wrong doesnt suit the A series!! sorry for confusion Lamb daquiri and anyone else i got it from someone else and they said it was close Now I see it was bollocks close! :(

The Daihatsu head sounds interesting. How far did you get with that idea? Wish I had a little more time for a few more projects

I have more ideas than logic so I can honestly
say that comparing the headgaskets in my opinion it would be easier than other 16v heads. Sykine has done it to a cbr1000 head by tapping the block, offset sleeving and retapping the head bolts, water and oil drainage. Its a matter of time and money. It is a great head as ports and chamber shape are beautiful.

bump
I also have a Lysholm supercharger IHI brand of 1000cc capacity, twin-screw design with Teflon coatings 40cm long, 17.5cm wide and 15cm tall. Each rotor rotates at different speed. Induction air is compressed as it travels along the length of the rotors, giving less charge-air temperature increase than a similar Roots design. These are probably the most desirable of all blower types. According to contact between enthusiasts and Lysholm engineers, the unit on the millennia is closest in specification to the Lysholm 1200AX which moves 1.2 liters of air per revolution and has a maximum operating pressure ratio of 2.2 or 17.5psi and a peak flow of 635 CFM or in other words 423 horsepower @ 17.5psi! The main difference between the Lysholm 1200AX and the Lysholm/IHI on the Mazda is the design and compactness of the new housing, the design of the housing inlet on the Mazda looks like a significant restriction point (especially since the air passing through it is not yet compressed) and there is potentially a significant power gain to be found. Includes throttle body. At 14 psi good for 160+kW from a 2.25 liter engine $270 inc. postage australia wide Edit: Also have round pot manifold with a few cracks from overtightening but can easily be fixed and 32/36 weber for sale.

Does it require electric control? The 2.3 liter V6 (KJ-ZEM) from Mazda Millenia used "electronic boost control". Not sure what that means.

Thats the one using an electronically controlled clutch type pulley.
This one is the straight boost unit no on or off just pressure all the way.

I'm interested in that head. I'd like to line it up against a head gasket and have a think about it.

Some have asked me what layout it would suit on an A series
It will mainly suit the later type middle dizzie one with this charger set up level with the spark plugs and the following layout either on its side or facing up depending on downdraft or sidedraft carb where there is more room near the firewall side. You can view topic.
