hi i have rebuilt the engine in my 120y its a a12 and i just got time to put every thing else in like the starter and stuff!

so im trying to start it and nothing it turns over fine but dosnt even sputter! wehn i give it a little throttle it will go bang and smoke comes out of the carby??

what could be wrong i needed it started by today?
