White Zombie has been around a fair while. It has evolved like the evolution of mankind over the years.

Humankind evolving, how? its like saying...
Jimmy Hendrix to Gay Sebastian
Jane Fonda to Sandra bullcock
Holden Torana to Astra

WZ has gone from 17 seconds down to 10 seconds.
More like a datsun 1000 A10 compared to the 2007 Ascari A10 in the 1/4 mile

I talked to John Wayland's friend at the Portland Roadster show back in March, John wasn't around & they were about to upgrade the batt pack to a lithium polymer pack instead of the L-ion type they'd been using. i think he also mentioned a newly designed motor as well, that things fun to watch go down the track. Just ask David what it looks like from behind

i didn't notice them in the video, but those old school hot rod wheels look great.

btw how do the utes compare in base weight to the two doors? plenty of room for batteries in the tray.

That's simply amazing!

Only thing though is that using electricity from a building still produces carbon since the factory it comes from is either burning fossil fuels or generating nuclear waste to produce electricity. So when the video is saying it produces "no pollution" that's not entirely true.

Still that is amazing and more people should be doing this.

It produces plenty of pollution -- abundant volumes of tire smoke for example.
But zero pollution from petrol.

Like the steam engine, the electric motor produces MAXIMUM torque at stall & as so many racers well know, horsepower sells cars, torque wins races & this car has torque by the trainload.
It really is that simple.

Sadly, it's been 120 years & the electric car still doesn't have the range of a regular car on a tank full of fuel, which can be replenished while your woman is taking a wizz at the service station.

Hopefully this milestone can be reached in my lifetime. [they'd better hurry]LOL.

Full kudos to Weylan for promoting electric power in this way, now all he needs is the range. [up to 20 mins to recharge after a single pass just has to be a handicap]
