Well Cronulla Police just rang me, stating they will catch up with Mr Craig Newman very soon and intending to seize the car-(if diff still in it)- and in-pound it as evidence which could take up to 2 years if I choose to adjourn it court proceedings a few times..

Hopefully a call from the police will get your money back. If you ever find yourself in legal dealings it's not a good look if you've done the wrong thing in retaliation. Usually a letter and a complaint sorts most things out and if not then the authorities. That's what they're there for right?

Well he finally sent me a text saying he will either refund or post the diff down to me next week (heard that before). He also stated he trains (personal trainer) a few of the Cronulla cops and they will not do anything..Mmmm

look at the thread is it a joke that my name number and account details are and were up... easy to sit behind a computer and rite someone off.. but when you dont have the true story is a bit out of line... there is always 2 sides to every story and my part is that i physically couldnt get to my car to get the parts.. i accept that but when things get taken this far then the situation changes!!!!!! DRASTICALLY!!!!
