interesting thread!!! for starters this gronk nickmitty or whatever your name is has not come to see me once!!! he said he comes up for work.. as i told him a million times on the phone never did i ignore him the car was at the mechanics anyone who has built a car up knows they will say it will be there for 2 weeks ends up being six months, so for this i'm sorry but was out of my hands i couldn't get it out of the car.. and when they would tell me it would be ready next week i would sent u a msg stating next week going off what the mechanic has told me..Now you want to put my name number etc up here thats fine but be sure this will bite you in the ass!!! i'll post my address on here and you bring yourself and whatever little pathetic army you have brother you have no idea what your in for!!! you want to drop my please come here please im begging you to come.. remember i have your address!!! you have my number you talk to me, you pm me!! you dont post a topic about me njow i want to knock you out for the principle of it!!! sorry to put this on the Datsun website guys but he has gone the wrong way about this.. i even offered to send to him at my cost and was going to refund his money in full from a situation i could not change!!!
lethaljohn be careful who you call a tool brother there will be a day when your at a datsun show soon or years from now and ill bump into you.. Just for the record i train police at the academy, self defence, batton and hand cuff training... dont make statements and threats you can't back up!!no one will be impounding any car!!!!

Well he finally sent me a text saying he will either refund or post the diff down to me next week (heard that before). He also stated he trains (personal trainer) a few of the Cronulla cops and they will not do anything..Mmmm

True about the grinder but they'd need to think or know to do it. Can't imagine myself sneaking under every datsun with a torch looking for my parts anyway.

Hopefully a call from the police will get your money back. If you ever find yourself in legal dealings it's not a good look if you've done the wrong thing in retaliation. Usually a letter and a complaint sorts most things out and if not then the authorities. That's what they're there for right?

Well Cronulla Police just rang me, stating they will catch up with Mr Craig Newman very soon and intending to seize the car-(if diff still in it)- and in-pound it as evidence which could take up to 2 years if I choose to adjourn it court proceedings a few times..

That's gotta hurt! There's something to be said for engraving numbers or something on all your parts so you can trace them when this happens. (I should buy an engraver!)
