thats the spirit don, more herbs make a big difference in a light car. like D said, a14 is the same height as the a15. you should buy my old setup if you are going a14 - extractors into 2 inch system, computer, fuel pump throttle boddies coils you name it!

but either way you'll love the extra power. carbs compression cubes...

a nice simple disk brake conv to quickly follow

Leigh, your A15 cost 3.5-4k to build inc. manifolds?. High hp NA efi A15 is pricey.
1Ks can b like Lotus 7s; light, nimble but less choices for HP from a purists POView.
Most would be chuffed w/ high comp gx A15, quads, good exhaust & recoed 60a 4 sp.
My highcomp A12 has flatties, e. dizzie, regrnd cam & jetted carb & embarrasses many.

The kb10 Sidedraughts bought from me had an A16 w/ work by Gordon Dobey but my choice of quad 38mm carbs. Many eager fellas at the next lights w/ windows wound down asked if it had a rotary?. 1 confused it for an r100, being a young rabbit prob could just tell a sickma from a sunbird :)

Would it be cruel to EFI Fang?? It would be cool no doubt. 60Kw at the wheels would be nice. 75Kw would be better. If I go carbys it would be just as expensive, and the tuning would be just as trial and error as jetting. Plus it is always good to expand your brain. Hmmm.

To inject or not to inject??? That is the question. Quadthrottlio, Quadthrottlio. Where forout thou Quadthrottlio?

That thought is also running through the data bank. Quad EFI A12 Turbo. Hmmm. I should be able to crack 100Kw at the wheels no problems with that.

If you are going turbo I'd not add the complexity of quads. Just make an easy plenum and single tb

I can barely afford to pay attention at the moment. I might just stick with putting together a junker motor at the moment. I don't like doing engine conversions twice but I might have to make an exception in this case. I've already had the motor out wnce. Might as well do it again for no apparent reason.

A14, mild cam, GX exhaust manifold. Induction???? We'll see. I still like the idea of quads.
