According to what youve said you wanted to do its gonna cos a fair bit and take a while to build. Its also not that easy to slam a ute that low, nit as simple as lowered springs.

To go that low is going to be unroadworthy to start with, but to get it that low the easiest and cheapest way is shortened struts in the front preferably in the form of coilovers, and reset leafs in the rear. There are other more complex ways to do it aswell, like using a completely different front end set-up like s13 and then getting all the parts associated with making it low. The rear end, theres just infinite different things you could do depending on the price range.
This is Greendog's ute which has pretty much just lowered standard suspension, bit more to it but yeah.... ![]() ![]() Legal height in NSW is 100mm off the ground on the lowest part of the car.

the legle limit in qld is 100mm at the lowest point which excludes backing pates for brake rotors or unless the car came from standared lower than 100mm at the lowest point also you can only reduce the distance from the bump stops to were it meets by 1/3. and as for 15k that'll goes fast because you'll want to do more things than you originally dicided on doing and you will spend lots of money on things you never thought you would like getting bolts re zinced and things like that. im not trying to talk you out of it im just saying nothing ever goes to plan like you think it will.
