Yes bolts right to an A12
If it is from A12 Sunny its complte bolt in and same ratios as B110.

If the 4-speed is from an A14, it has closer ratio gears than the A12 transmissions, identical to 5-speed but w/o the overdrive gear. It will swap into B110 same as the 5spd with same mount mods.
