chasing 4 pins to fit brake pads into calipers on stock 1200 coupe front brakes. Can anyone help me?

Get some brass or stainless welding rod. Cut to length and squash one end.

It's highly unlikely that people have these lying about.

If I wasn't so busy I could machine some up on my old mans lathe.

repco had them. Is called 'brake hardware kit' and includes pins, anti-noise shims anf the little springs.

I dont think the pit inspector is going to like seeing a piece of welding rod jammed in there, i cant make it look too dodgy!
