Last week I went down to the local farm & feed store and bought this 35cc syringe. Also known as 35ml.

Cost: $1.59

Also you can see a piece of plastic I cut out of an old CD case. Drill a hole towards one side and you have the tools needed (Syringe and plastic plate).

Then prep the head. Clean off the gasket surface AND the combustion chamber. Scrape off all the carbon deposits. Then spread a little thin grease to make a water proof seal

Fill up the syringe to 35cc, make sure no bubbles in there. Then fill the combustion chamber.

Note how much is left of the 35 CCs:

That is 35 - 4 cc = 31cc for the [edit:] H95 swirl-port head. It is a closed chamber but is pretty deep.
