some pics of the tubs thanks to mcdonald bros, got them to roll in some beads were i asked and they did a bloody good job. first time assembling tubs with the pittsburgh seam and wasnt as easy as i thought to bend around and tap in. but finished job came up nice. then just tacked it in, i didnt worry bout fully welding it as it doesnt need to be and will run some seam sealer later on.

a pic of the section had to make to fit the front of the outer sills, wasnt sure how it looked originally so just wizzed this up to fit the outer sills.

this is a pic of the tooling i made to get that perfect shape for the chassis rails that are under the front floor pans. i just cut the end off at the back and joined it to the rails i made, i should of taken photos but you might get the idea. had to use a little heat to persuade the sheet metal to bend nice, but also my tooling caught on fire couple of times
