Maybe fit the entire dash out of a 610 (180B) or 710 (160J)?

Ddgonzal that is a possibility, although I'd like to keep it as close to 120y fitted as possible. Easier said than done I know

Radiator is an S15 eBay item, full aluminium only cost me 220.

Yeh had to get the drainage bung taken off the bottom and welded up, otherwise just wouldnt sit low enough, just drop the bottom hose off to drain it. There were two tabs on top I got ground off as well but all was pretty easy. Also got a temp switch thread welded in the bottom tank.

finally got some progress shots of my dash, Ive come along a bit further than this but these are the pics I've got so far. Fibreglassed all the holes from the back that I didnt want, and filled with metal and glass filler from the front. What a pain to sand. The started on the aluminum housings. Machined 100mm OD pipe down to 97mm ID to take Autometer gauges. The area of the dash where the old stereo will go will be modified to take a new head unit as well.

Pictures speak a thousand words so if there is any questions fire away.

ebay has some led lights with pictures on them.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/11-Dash-Warning-lights-Icons-Haz-Ign-Brake-Fan-Oil-Fog-Heater-Lights-Indicator-/330637818140?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cfb8cb91c

You can also buy these separately, I just thought the listing with more types would be better to show what im talking about.
