Hi guys, I have recently bought a rubber seal off mazda phils ebay for my rear window.

front screen seals fit good.
rear seals seem too long?

Have I bought the incorrect seal? or am I pulling the seal onto the window too tight??

anybody else use these seals?
a comparison to the old seal seems also to indicate its too long.

Yea it looks to big. Send the contact on ebay the photo you posted and show them. I fitted mine last year (different supplier)and it came in a kit with all the ute rubbers and the rear window was a snug fit. Should be even easier than the front to install.

thanks for comfirming that. I have spoken to the supplier in the meantime, who are trying to help, but im waiting for their tech guy to call.

the front seal fits fine, im not sure how the chrome locking strip will fit in though.

have you got pics of how the seal fits between the guard and body? (got these from Scotts).

The guys at Phil's are sending me the correct rubber. apparently there was a mixup in one f the batches. sweet!
