That looks like Neil's old racecar, nice.

Before I looked at the photos, I was gonna ask.. You think It would pass under historic rego?.. Umm with the engine in the cabin and space frame probably not. Historic racecar maybe Awesome car though.

It was mine yes... then I sold it
She's a great little rocket
And yes has previously competed at many East coast tracks including PI and others... all in the log book

It is basically ready to go now, just needs engine dynoed and your off...

I dont know what times it has done at what tracks?
But from what I know it was very competitive in its category...

i worked 2 doors from the mammi boy when they first opened up
about 20 years ago when i was in my second year as a light engine mechanic(mowers,chainsaws,ect)
next door was a fabricator that built that car and i helped
him when i had nothing to do
the block that built that car also built himself a hb torana with a atmo twin su fj20 mid mounted same as the dato 1000
its funny how things can pop up later that u never think of
the mammi boys got me into 1200's way back then
