h150 diff swap advice needed

I have a h150 diff centre and want to swap it into my h145 housing. The only problem is the pinion flange that bolts up to the tail shaft has different bolt spacing.
Before I go and buy a 27mm (????) socket to get the flanges off, are they interchangable? Everything on the h150 is bigger, the nut, the outer shield etc etc.
