What years did Datsun make 2doors sedans (not coups) in 1200 and 120y range and when did they stop in Australia.

They exported 20 or 40 2 door sedans to Australia as part of some rally entry. But they never officially sold them in Australia. They sold them in Japan and many other places. They were made in the same period as the rest of the Aussie B110s - 1970-1973. Although with the excellent (PB110), I think they also sold up until 1974 in Japan.

They also sold ONLY the 2 door sedan in the US. they didn't get 4 door sedans.

2 door 120Y Sedans are far more common in Australia. They would have sold 10s of thousands of them.

Chris is this absolute fact or can you confirm that number somehow? Is there any documentation to support this? Would be interested to hear.

I think last time I counted there were 8 B110 2drs (Aussie) or so around.

They came in via Perth. If my recollection of the story is accurate. One if our old Perth members must know the story.

They sold them through Perth cause they couldn't count past 2 so they didn't notice the 2 missing doors
