I have just pulled my 1200 ute from 8 years of dry storage to sell, just blue slipped 12m rego. done only 2000km on fully worked forged, balanced a12 twin 45mm sd webers, massive head work 4 speed,cross drilled disc brakes heaps of other stuff big bucks spent $$$. body in excellent cond interior n dash very nice no cracks, trx wheels new tires. orange color.was in hot 4's mag many years ago. very very fast Ute, has eaten lots of converted turbo Datos n modern v8s. revs to 9500-10000rpm wile still pulling. i am looking for approx 10k to a good respectful home which is heaps less than braking it down for parts. is not a show ute but very close. please no dreamers im only selling because i need the space, looking to sell her to a dato enthusiast not a p-plater wanting to kill themselves, hence posting it here first. listed in Sydney.

If you don't mind, could you please give details of work done to the motor.i.e which cam,rocker arms, gx head ,4-1 exhaust,etc etc? any detailed info you got.Well done to your motor as thats quite a feat for an a12 and such a motor would easily cost more than your asking price for the whole vehicle.also Details of driveline i.e brake calipers etc and fuel system.

any info and pics will surely help in sale of vehicle as buyers are more aware of what they are buying rather than just a quick a12.

im looking for genuine buyers,if your wanting to buy you will love this one. a12grunt is right about the asking price, i have had an offer to buy the motor and webers alone 2weeks ago for 5 grand but don't want to see the car go that way. This Ute is a one off very hard to find package not just a tuff motor in a rusty bogged up shell. I drove it today and had 3 separate people approach me and comment on it. Like i said VERY NICE VERY FAST & VERY LOUD/LUMPY 1200 Ute. Sorry all i will only give further details to genuine buyers only. Cheers.

Mate, you have to give some more basic ground info to get genuine buyers.

I hope your ebay ad has more info than this. You're missing all the basic ingredients for the sale. Colour of the ute. Interior. Mags??? All I can really se for sale at the moment is an engine. And I can't even see that properly.

put it this way

i have 9k on my significantly more upgraded 120y, with heaps of pictures... i would sell for 7k... but have had little or no interest.

with a paragraph or two of text and a massive asking price, you'll be flat out getting anyone interested.

Especially now in the hotter weather where many are broken down on the side of the road.
