To achieve that with an 80mm bore you'd need a 94mm stroke
Up from an A15's 82mm I highly doubt you could offset grind an A crank to achieve this so would like to know what cranks and rods been used And whether theres even any counterweights left on it And what pistons would be used to achieve this

e16 crank is 88mm max and 1mm undersize grinding crank mains 88.5 or 89mm?
bores can go up to 81mm sleeved before combustion chambers are oof the mark from too much offset. 94mm welded stroked crank would make it fragile on bores due to bad RSRatio unless using fixed cast iron deck plate with sleeves.
