I would say you should have a oily and black looking plugs if it was burning oil. If it's not the turbo it could possibly be a damaged valve stem seal or guide. It's just a thought

its for pollution control, there's a valve on the back of the intake plenum that the hoses from the tappet cover go to its about 20mm round

blue smoke is oil, like tappet said check the pcv valve are you running a catch can? if your running the standard setup could be building crank case pressure under boost and pushing oil into the inlet. what kind of oil are you running? could be to thin and pushing past the seals in the turbo?? could also be valve stems there's just some ideas for you

could be the coilpack or the plug if its not idling, as well as vacuum leak somewhere.. that does not make the smoke though

Just done a comp test the right way this time n I have 150,150,135,150 pretty constant except no3 so I checked the plugs n coil n noticed white powder/deposits around coil n spark plug, not sure what that means but I'm sure vac leak or to lean

Would this cause low idle/blue smoke?

Also it only pours blue smoke as boost is climbing but nothing at idle,I checked the turbo for any leaks but it's clean at the turbine wheel n clean through the intake. And I can hear a werird turbo whining sound as it goes up in boost around 3-5000rpm

Could the coil pack be faulty?

boost under engine load? could be the rocker cover breathers if its not hooked up to a catch can... check that the pcv valve connected to the back of the inlet manifold is closing properly otherwise boost pressure will push oil out the other breather on the exhaust side and go stright into the intake. also adjust the ilde via the idle control valve if it still has one, otherwise just adjust the grub screw on the throttle body to bump up the revs. your looking for around 750 with stock cams

I would make sure timing is 100% and then do a compression test both wet and dry. Have a look at the spark plugs, are they oil fouled? Take note on which cylinder each plug comes out of as it will give u an indication of what is going on in each cylinder. If the engine overheated that bad it will damage the piston rings ( the heat causes them to loose their spring tension and not seal) once the head has been repaired the next weakest link could be the rings/ bores. I say this as I have seen it before. If compression is good move on to something else
