Sounds like he's definitely winning on the development front. He's getting faster and faster. Here is the last thread.

Has to be an intercooler with 35 psi boost ?

just looks like that j pipe be interesting to know why he hasn't gone with an intercooler, thought it might be water to air type but doesn't look like it. i've seen a similar setup in a mates eh holden, had some rare injection just running a j pipe but he's got no clue he bought it like it is

Without an intercooler, you'd have to lower the CR of the engine substantially. Maybe he's using water injection to help keep it cool.

As stated it's running E85 with meth injection.. hence the no intercooler

E85 is 85% corn alcohol and 15% gasoline.

It is less powerful than straight gasoline, hence you need a rejetted carb, and even so MPG goes down and larger tank needed to go as many miles, potentially with retrofitting you might need larger fuel lines. It's corrosive, so a properly sealed tank is desirable and special type of rubber lines and carburetor parts are needed.

But it has one advantage and that is the alcohol has a cooling effect, so it is said that under boost it acts like 110 racing gasoline.

110 racing gasoline is preferable to E85, but E85 is cheaper. For a non-boosted engine, regular PULP (premium gasoline) is better in almost every way than E85.

""As stated it's running E85 with meth injection.. hence the no intercooler""

where was statement made of using Meth? I missed it
I was only guessing perhaps meth is used but can`t see it

In Aus, most of the E85 is made using alcohol from sugar cane rather than corn.

I presume the end result is very similar.

Pound for pound there is less energy in E85, but because you have to run about 28% more of it to get the same Lambda reading compared to PULP, the energy produced is slightly higher than the unleaded.
A few tuners i know that have changed to E85 in NA engines still report a 5-7% increase in torque over premium unleaded.
Im using it in my turbo A12, but im yet to do any back to back testing in NA engines.
