any tips on how it comes out? was getting late but i got frustrated and gave up tonight

i have undone the ecu and a couple of clips inside that i could see, also undone everything in the engine bay (engine is out)

is it supposed to pull through into the car or into the engine bay?

should i be able to do it with glove box in? i was starting to think i may need to pull that section out to get a good straight line at the hole in the fire wall

it's a CA18DE auto, is there any bits other than motor/loom/charcoal canister that could be useful for a CA18DE+T 1200?

Been many years, but definitely loom through firewall into engine bay.....there is too much loom in the engine bay to be bothered pulling through to the cabin.

The rubber grommit that seals up the loom through the firewall would be handy.
