dd thats exactly what i was looking for.. the best option is gonna be to cut it while i can before all the body work gets finished by the panel shop.

ive marked below on where it is actually hitting.

Yes, small tyre, no problem. Larger-diameter tyre will hit right at that spot.

You can also do a performance alignment and put it to 3 degrees caster which is good for gymkana and good for highway driving (tracking). It will pull the tire forward about an inch.

Personally I'd be trying the castor adjustment first before cutting or bashing anything.

I've never had this drama with 15" by 7" wheels. My front end settings are 4 degrees postive castor, 6 degrees negative camber and 1mm toe out.

Matty: What size tyre are you running with those settings?

I am currently using either 185/45/15 (street) or 195/50/15 (track) on the front end.

I have had at least 8 different sets of wheels on the car since I started using those alignment settings.

seem to have solved the issue now.. picked up a 175-50-R15 tyre today and had it fitted, clears by a bit now. just waiting on some adjustable castor rods then with a little more positive castor it will be all good :)

Nice Ange uses them on his ute with success on the street. Most people want wider tyres but 175 185 wide are good on front
