but the control arms and T/C rods are different than a 1200?
I'm trying to find out if this is a bolt in, or is some fabricating and
welding required.

Sorry, that should say put the 1200 parts on the 210 strut, not B210. ;^)

how we did yours dimlight?

I too use an insert from a VW. I think its from an 84 Jetta. I picked up the struts used from someone, and they sat around for two years before i realized they were shortened
by about 2in.
I would recommend shortening the strut tube if your car is lowered. This way you're not always riding on the bump stops.

The 1200s used the smaller diameter strut tube from the rest of the Datsun model range. From memory its around 45mm compared to the more common 50mm dia. In the past I have used
Toyota Starlet (RWD) inserts and for racing VW Golf Mark 1 Koni gas adjustables. Both inserts are shorter and will need a spacer made to make up the difference in length in the bottom
of the tube. If anyones really keen theres a full Nismo 120y front set up on eBay right now starting for $200.00 with gas inserts and everything, brand new it's got to be a bargain.
