I don't really do Ebay here, but our equivelent (Trademe) is pretty sh1t too. we don't get the same BS that you're talking about here, but dickheads asking moonbeams for complete #OOPS#e.
Plus the fee's have gotten so bad that I don't even bother selling stuff there anymore.

Well I'm in a dispute currently with eBay and the PayPal protection is worth #OOPS#!!!!!!! If they sell a mon working part as working you get contact manufacturer help and a local repairer that confirm its stuffed paypal still take sellers word for it and your out of pocket. It's worth nothing!

did you escalate it to a claim? i've always got my money refunded when ever i have a drama but you have to escalate it to a claim after you open the case otherwise you get nothing

Yep escalated to claim straight away- if they don't respond to my claim no $$$$ back.

if u keep getting thousands of irrelevant hits on ebay type it in like this "datsun" so only titles containing the word your looking for comes up

If you make a claim, eBay is obligated to respond back to you.

Yay. A small Victory for me, after an ongoing arguement for weeks about filter spamming I managed to get them to fix the generic search, so it is back to normal. No more generic rubbish to sift through... Yay.
