I am beginning to really dislike ebay. It's bad enough these days trying to sell something but now their filter system is letting through an extra 200 pages of random rubbish that has nothing to do with a Datsun. I have been using the same keyword search now since 2004 and in the last 2 weeks it has started letting through fake eylashes for your poofy car (alright for Mik I guess) and hundreds of irrelevent tyre sizes as well as spotlights and valve caps. Sure, most of it is universal but C'MON. It is becoming a Justin Bieber site.

You should be able to ban sellers from your future searches.

I have lotsa keywords set, a pet hate is when my search results are spammed by someone who lists 100s of "vintage" catalogs, ads or prints that vaguely associate with the keyword.

and all those stupid ads that say stuff like Genuine GX5 Floor Mats

I have had searches that years ago would bring up two pages of relevant items but now you have to trawl through ten pages of brand new stuff, and so I dont bother looking anymore.

Its like going to a garage sale and finding all the stuff is brand new, if I wanted that #OOPS#e I would have gone to the shops not garage sailing.

My favorite beef this week with Ebay wankers is the "Best Offer" ... On $210 dollar item, I was declined on $200 (5% discount) offer and $436 dollar (9% discount) item was declined, when I offered $400, but best part was i got messaged 2 days later with a $6 discount off the postage price.... Why bother !! I'm sure these businesses work on more than a 10% margin.....

I set my standard search to default to 'Newly Listed' and then just check out the new ads
