Well I'm in another dispute now, won and paid for item an no response from seller and item not marked as posted or received. It's gone to sht IMHO.

i've had 2 claims, both for 400+ dollars and seller never responded and i got my money refunded. one was just this january actually bought a door for my sil, old bud was good to begin with but never sent the door tried emailing him 2 or 3 times with no response, went to paypal site and opened a case still never heard from him then after 3 weeks escalated it to a claim had to wait another 2 or 3 weeks still didn't hear from him then got my money back

Yeah last one I disputed was for being sold a dud non working item. Last 2 disputes years ago they didn't pay me. So they getting better at least

had disputed with paypal about this guy who sent me a part that is different from what he was selling. He claimed that the parts was brand new only to find out that the part that i received was just a peice of junk. I escalated the case, paypal's decision sucks! I was told that I can get my money back if ill send the parts back to the seller. WTH!! if he sent the correct part and did the right thing I wont be wasting more money to ship the part back before I can get the refund.

Lol I got told to keep my part and insisted on returning it but the seller refuse to provide a return address lol. I got told to do what I choose with it by pay pal lol

Well my beloved search has recently turned to a spammed up rubbish heap again so I thought I'd take the time to forward my ebay conversation to you all to see how it plays out. It first started a few weeks ago.

What is going on with new sales going through as to suit every single car. I have used the same search for 6 years or more and it has never been flooded with so much crap. My standard keyword search is Datsun in cars, bikes and boats but now over 200 pages are completely not related. It is all spam generic or not even related products. Alot of it is to suit other models. Please fix the problem.

I shouldn't need to use an advanced search. I have used the same search since 2006 and it is only recently that it has become a problem. It is because somewhere along the line, sellers have ceen allowed to tick the 'suits models' and tick everything. Even if it in noway compatible with the model. If I wanted to look for a generic headlight I would search for a headlight, or valve caps etc because theyare a specific search. But there are parts only for toyotas, fords and holdens, mazdas etc turning up in a datsun search which is unacceptable.There used to be no more than 48 to 50 pages. Now there are 490+ pages. And there is litterally 440 or more pages of unrelated junk that should not be there because it is either generic all fitting or it is actually to suit a specific vehicle that is NOT A DATSUN. This is the second timeI have complained about this. A couple of months or more ago it was dealt with and things went back to normal but it did not last very long.

In short, what a load of rubbish. Something can and will get done about it. It is spam. I fail to see how the following items are related to a Datsun search. Item number: 160809804554 , Item number: 180893128372 , Item number: 320914167012 , Item number: 150824789786 , Item number: 280888811835 , A personal favorite Item number: 120920967362 , Item number: 170849463698 , Just for kicks Item number: 120921084104 . Are you getting the picture? Found the common problem yet? Well just in case you are too retarded to figure it out it is the 'compatible makes' section that is making most of this spam turn up in my beloved Datsun search. As you can plainly see, one is a holden kingswood sedan, another a commodore sedan, and the rest speaks for itself. Now those items I have listed are just from the first half of the page. At present there are over 14,700 items in the search at roughly 296 pages, usually there are around 48 pages and approx 2500 items or there abouts. So do the math. How much shouldn't be there. If I put up an avert that said 'weber not dellorto' the item would be cancelled almost immediately due to the word NOT. Even though either carby is interchangeable with the other and can litterally fitted to almost any model car. And yet you still allow all these absolutely non related things to go on. Get your act together. Now I am going to post this on the web somewhere and see if I can get some proper attention on this as I am confidant that Ebay Australia doesn't give a rats fat ass about anything but the bottom dollar.

Now I'm not a literacy expert but I am pretty sure that I am getting the correct message across. If they can't get the idea from the last messege than we are all doomed.

eBay is a crap heap but it disadvantages sellers now as fewer buyers can find their auctions. Its burned me on 2 wins as sellers wouldn't sell at the low prices I won for! And guess what eBay won't do crap against then even though it's breach of their policy

What also annoys me that sometimes you buy something and you wait for the clock to go to the next step and it gets stuck there, then you do a refresh and youve bought two of the items!!!! WTFH is that! I told them exactly what happened and they said and they gave me the run around asking the same BS I already explained to them countless in repetition. They of course are happy that they can get 2 sold items so I contacted the seller and he said its my fault cause in Russia he doesnt have those problems and it was my fault - Thanks for nothing! so I ended up asking for a request from egay that someone must have hacked my system and that Ill be going to the authorities as many issues are happening while on ebay and Ive been inundated with spam on my email account from them and Im very pyssed to the point where Im going to sue them for wasting my productivity and will claim for productivity lost cause my brother is a lawyer for consumer affairs and I wanted to have the contact of the person in charge of claims and accounts to pursue my case. In the end an ebay minion asked the buyer to cancel the transaction with a free listing for item not sold and gaypal also cancelled the transaction request.

However be weary that if it doesnt go to the next screen after 5 minutes of more thats how long I waited, do not press the refresh button, just close off the browser and go into your sign in again then to go to the purchase history and continue from there. It might happen again but do not refresh the window!
If so best turn it all off and go back to it later and you should get a message
asking for funds then you realise things are not perfect in the virtual world.
