yeah there is a beer allocation in there. My offsider who is helping is a scotch drinker so theres some allowance in there too for that!

next question.

Im getting the flanges cut up tommrrow from a laser cutter.

Should I just get the 10mm flanges so that I have plenty of meat to hang the turbo as well as machining room? or will 5mm suffice for that job.

I am also looking for a place in Perth that sells the mandrel bent steam pipe. The few place i have rung sell them in everyting but mild steel steam pipe. Stainless or 10 different grades and aliminimum no probs. Mild steel - no so aparently.

On hindsight Id go for a 12mm flange in any material for strength and better for touching up welds which flange design are you going for? Im interested in the unitary inlet and exhaust design that Harry up north used in the past.
It was a very nice manifold setup combined on the same flange
