i bought a volvo for a daily, has allowed me to do more major work on the ute but at the same time has allowed me to be relaxed enough to leave it off the road for 2 years haha
also dont make the mistake i did and buy a car you might want to modify, wheels and suspension for the volvo are now delaying plans for the ute :P

Same sht different smell lol. Yeah heaps of product sharing still exists. Get something with timing chain, less maintanence once again. Funniest I remember we're xf falcon utes rebadged as Nissan tradesmans utes.... All they did was change the badges.

Get an LPG Falcon - probably the cheapest car on the road. Cheap fuel, cheap parts, cheap insurance. 1 million kms is not uncommon in taxis. Reasonable comfort and plenty of room. I'm on my third - a Fairmont Ghia with 360,000 on the clock
