must be the packing, if its shrink wrapped was it covered in wood( the rad and intercooler)? i wouldnt send a rad or cooler with out heaps of carboard or thin ply wood, they do pack stuff around pallets on the trucks.

I just got a motor couriered by them and have just found that they have f'd the ca radiator and intercooler, and also the sensor on top or the inlet with the light blue plug! :( I'm now going to have to contact them and see what happens! My items were packed very well and shrink wrapped so I hope that paying insurance will have a good outcome

Think it has more to do with the wrapping then the coriour if that's how it came packaged IMHO.

Bumpers aren't the strongest items when not bolted on. And they do try to jam pack those vans for every cm as its wasted $$$ if they don't

Only one issue 2nd time I used them same thing due tonpacakaging by me and gbox got danaged

I have sen windows via e-go without issues but I did put their big red fragile, top load labels all over them.
