Personally i would get the strut shortened with shorter shocks, i just put my coilovers in my 120Y and to get enough travel from the shock i had to set it a bit high, if your looking for a good low sitting car then shorten them but if your looking at not dropping it on the floor then there should be no need to shorten, all about how flush you want them yo sit with your wheels and what size wheel you run.

well yes the adjustment of going really low would be nice. And your right they do bottom out atm with kings springs.

what is 225 lb in kg?

does anybody know of a decent bang for buck shock that i can fit in a shortened 120y strut?
