brake pad fitting kit

hey all
just cleaning and re kitting up some 120y import disc brake calipers for my 1200 ute, and i was wondering if you can still get the pad fitting kits? i need the shims and springs and all those little bits, if they arent avaliable what does everyone else do for these? thanks for any info
