So we get a flat piece of Perspex cut to fit the dash insert then we cut all our own holes? If so I'm keen but I wanna use the standard dash gauges (speedo, temp, fuel,) is it possible?

would be possible would just have to make a backing plate so the gauges fit nice. leave it with me and i'll do a practice run
on my old dash, you mean round gauge cluster??? yeah!!!
shouldnt be to hard just have a few dimensions i would need to work out so they fit sweet
