welcome, maybe the coil is overheating as you are using a 12v coil with the dropping resistor still installed?
maybe if you have not removed the resistor you should do that, or return to an original coil if the problem gets worse after 15-20mins then i would definitely think it is to do with the coil overheating

If the points gap is too narrow, the coil will run a bit hotter. Yes, the timing has to be reset after the points are set.

@sikyne, Bro the points are really low quality made in China, dont have a dwell meter, will have have to look into that as that is my only hope, didnt no the timing has to be redone, will do that too.. keep you updated thanks alot brother, can the distributor cause the coil to heat up??, and cant figure out why the engine dies when i floor it... Idles just fine, like too much air or too less petrol... will post a pic of the carburetor please dont mind the bad quality picture, dont have my camera with me have to do with this... @nickmitty.. Thanks Bro... @4slips, Yes Bro, they are R32 Gts-t Tail Lights, they would look better... :)

Have you checked the points, and dwell angle? if this is way off it can cause misfires and rough running. If you have a dwell meter, set the dwell angle to between 48 and 52. At least check the surfaces of the contacter faces. Make sure they are not too pitted. Im not sure what the points gap should be if you dont have a meter. Maybe about .5mm-.7mm? Someone else here will know the right gap setting.
Once the points are set. the timing will have to be redone.

and the battery seems to be dying to early, alternator is excellent, the coil heats up but there is spark, the Ignition coil is from a Nissan Pulsar not the standard oil based coil but a dry coil

@sikyne, Thank You brother, as a matter of fact there was rust in the carb, cleaned it out twice, i am running a good fuel filter and it is placed before the fuel pump, not the carb... should i put one before the carb too? no rust or dirt coming in so far.. @Gav, checking plugs right now, dizzy cap is fine also fuel filter and rotor button, and fuel pressure is Awesome :), does what run hot? sorry didnt get you there.. Also i forgot to mention when i crank the engine it would suddenly jam then crank then jam real bad... the local mechanics say it is a timing issue... I have tried retarding and advancing the timing but its the samething... also there is no vacuum connected to the carb except the vacuum advancer, because i am running a performance filter...

Welcome
Check all the simple things like plugs, leads, fuel filter, Dizzy cap and rotor button. Then I would do a compression test of the engine and check the fuel pressure. Its possible that the carby could be full crap from rusty fuel tank. Does it run hot?

Hi Nabeel, Welcome to the club!
It sounds to me like there is some rust or scale in the carby from the tank. It is probably blocking the jets. You will have to pull the top off the carb to clean it out. Are you running a good fuel filter before the carb? Maybe put a filter before the pump aswell, especially if there is a chance that the tank isn`t rust free. Keep up updated.
