Very Strange Brake Paddle operation

Hi Guys

I have noticed for little long time that my b310 brake paddle is little hard usually and do not feel of booster pump softness on it, but strange when my Steering wheel is turned right a little ,it is very soft and smooth and you feel the booster pump operation, Any has got similar issue
or has any idea what is cause ?

The brake pedal "feel" is mostly the result of:
* Brake adjustment (rear brakes)
* Booster action
* Hydraulic action (air in the lines)

Your symptoms are unusual. It may be that the front wheel bearing is loose, and so the brake pads get unseated on a one side. Re-tighten them per specification (using torque wrench and procedure listed in your repair manual).
