Yes, it was used by Nissan-Suid Afrika apparently on all 120Ys

Quote:
Nissan-Datsun South Africa originally imported B120s into
South Africa. In 1976 production started in the Roslyn factory and
these were marketed as "120Y" bakkies after the current 120Y
(B210) sedans. In 1980 it changed to the B140 "1400" bakkie. In
1987 the South Africa-specific B140 model with raised roof was
developed and produced to the end of 2007.

There are several "120Y Pickup" or "120Y bakkie" for sale right now on the Internet.

They are obviously B120s, but like Japan called them Sunny Truck, and most countries (including Australia) officially sold them as 1200 Pick-up, other countries like ZA sold them as 120Y at least for a time. Different marketing names, but all were B120 model series.

Here's an Australia owner's manual. Funny that no one there but Nissan calls them a Pick-up.
