clutch cable price?

well i go to burson auto parts today to get a spigot bush so I also ask for the price for a new clutch cable and i get a reply $300 this had me stunned. How much do they cost were do i get it from $300 you can get another 2 gearboxes.

I got a few cost me roughly $30 each brand new but that'll be trade price

I got a brand new one from the UK for $20 with shipping included! Watch eBay, occasionally you see some bargain, then get them ahead of time.
