Dude, remove camber from your mind!!!!!!!

You need to worry about caster!!!!!

You don't need to worry about camber till you've put more than an A12 in your rocket and you're going around corners fast or you're putting in a set of coilovers and drastically lowering the height.
When you are at this point, you can make or buy adjustable lower control arms then you can play around with the settings. Drilling new holes whilst doable is a bit neanderthal compared to adjustables.

But fix the first issue, then worry about camber.

cheers DD

I found this:
"If you want your 1200 to have some -ve camber (factory spec is +1.5 degrees), just move the lower control arm mounts in the cross member. Redrilling the mounts about 10mm outward from their original position will result in about 0.5 degrees of negative camber, and will definitely make the car handle better, making it less susceptible to understeer when cornering fast. "

from here: http://martybugs.net/DatsunMods/suspension.cgi

If I did that RHS only would that help?

here is the wheel align report:

Shoota's got it.

Quote:
the front right tyre actually rubs at the back of the wheel arch
Camber is left/right lean of the wheel, not forward/back.

Your caster is off. Probably the bushes like Shoota says. Take them off and look. Or just see if you can rock the tyre forward and back.

Don't use nolathane or any kind of poly bushings on the caster rods. Racers do that. Daily Driver will eventually crack with poly bushings.

Get genuine Nissan bushings or other Original Equipment type bushings.

Only 4 bushings.
54476-W5000 Tension rod bushing (2 per side) $2.73 each at Nissan USA

Take them off first to verify it is that. See photos at Caster (click for photos).

Nup. Pig dog sold a pair on here 2 weeks ago complete for 150... Shop around.

Yeah get it straightened at a minimum but easier to get a good pair. Swap the bushes too as I agree.

Another point.t what's your intention for the car? Lower it neg camber etc or just stock daily

I disagree.
$40 for a set of caster bushes. Do that first then see what happens. It's a lot less stuffing around that doing struts.
I would seriously doubt your struts are bent. Unless it's been whacked against a gutter struts don't just bend! If they are, straighten them! Get someone with a press, work out which way they're bent and straighten them out.
Struts for Dattos are getting too rare to just chuck em out based on suspicion!

To answer your question, yes, it will make the car pull right. Think of my basic analogy from earlier that the wheel coming back (due to stuffed bush) makes that side of the car shorter in effect, causing it to pull right.

Just get new struts_ check they are notbent and replace. Easiest fix.

Getting camber tops only masking the real issue there.

Would also only hit foot well if bent towards the foot well possibly when turning.

Imho I would replace strut bodies and castor rod bushes. Get aligned and still have change from 499 if you can diy.

Bush kit only $30 struts $100 bare possibly. swap your hubs brakes and inserts onto them (or get new inserts too) and drive away.

Thanks fellas.
Darren, do you think a set of 120Y struts would be cheaper than the camber adjustment kit? Are they hard to find?

Shoota, It pulls hard to the right not left. Does that still fit your original theory?
