Diff mounts should be same. I have a 120y bw68 in mine and had a h150 previously.

If the diff is shortened and on factory 120y mounts it will bolt straight in a 1200 sedan but you will need to use all the 120y u bolts etc.. that hold the diff in the 120y. Unbolt the struts with LCA's attached,(So at the top of strut tower and unbolt LCA from crossmember) You will need to use the 120y castor rods and the 120y tie rod ends inner and outer so just get the lot out with the threaded rod. The thing you may need is a late 1200 ute engine Xmember to mount the motor without making mods to engine brackets or old Xmember. Tailshaft might work from 120y if you use engine and box from 120y.

tailshaft will fit straight into the 1200 gearbox as they are the same except for the mounts, which the gearbox would have 2 mounting locations. depending if it is a series turbo or something else?
