So with this setup you need to have to outer of the hubs turned down to fit inside the disk as it becomes a floating disk setup, you need to replace wheel studs with longer ones, and you either need to machine Center boar of the disks out or machine the bearing section of the hub down to fit disks as well, is all this correct?

Yep, your on the money, recycle the wheel studs from the S13 hub. A little bit of lathe time for the B110 hub [OD for the rotor to sit on top and the b110 hub snout, so that the rotor locates centrally on the hub.]

The brackets I have for 250mm brakes wont work with the 280m brakes.
I found the 250mm brakes to be plenty good enough.

Hey guys,

do you need to run a booster with this set up???

Whats the difference between 120y brakes and s13?? is it just size?

I plan on doing this on an 84 1200 ute

you dont need a booster, 120Y brakes are a joke compared to S13 brakes.

I have one set of brackets left if needed. Can put in another order to get more cut if the demand is there.

cheers

You can usee the S13 (rwd) or U13 (fwd) 257mm disc -- they are the same! Fits over the 1200 hub.

Requires 14" wheels
